Jessica Hardesty

Prior to joining the Buttonwood team, Jessica was in business development for Crowdfunder, an equity crowdfunding company. While at Crowdfunder she led a number of initiatives intended to enhance the education of investors within the crowd funding space. Specifically, she led CROWDFUNDxWomen, a vertical of the CROWDFUNDx initiative, which helped propel women-owned businesses by connecting them with investors and funding sources. Before Crowdfunder, Jessica worked as a financial analyst at BCBG MaxAzria Group, a multi-million dollar fashion company.

Jessica has always been involved in entrepreneurial endeavors having started her own boutique fashion accessory company in 2010. Prior to that, she spent a number of years in the fashion industry and worked with firms such as Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Lord & Taylor among others. She is also very active in various charitable organizations.

Jessica has both a Bachelor of Science in Finance, cum laude, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration emphasis in Real Estate Finance, cum laude. She is currently pursuing a M.B.A at the University of Southern California.
