Buttonwood’s management team retains ownership and a significant day-to-day operating role in Blue Bridge Financial, which provides financing to small business owners in over 30 industries across the nation. Blue Bridge offers value by financing business growth, with loan products that are often more flexible than those provided by banks. Originating over $160 million in assets over the last 7 years, Blue Bridge services direct loans to business owners, as well as indirect loans through well-established Vendor and Broker programs.
Carillon Capital
Carillon provides strategic advisory services to Buttonwood, among other financial services clients. Each executive on the team represents over 30 years of experience in banking, capital markets and asset management. The Carillon team has been involved in the origination, structuring and management of billions of dollars of assets. They have developed relationships with hundreds of lenders, depository institutions and other financial institutions around the world. Carillon’s other specialty focuses include banking, technology, real estate and media.
Buttonwood Asset Management
Buttonwood Asset Management is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Buttonwood Capital Management. It serves as General Partner for the Buttonwood funds, including the Small Business Income Fund 1. This Fund invests in small business loans originated by Blue Bridge Financial, with the goal of achieving superior risk-adjusted returns.
Mainspring Funding
Mainspring Funding, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Buttonwood, is a loan distribution platform designed to facilitate the purchase of small business loans. The firm’s primary focus is to provide an online marketplace for investors to access equipment, inventory, and working capital loans. The Mainspring management team has extensive experience in direct lending, asset trading, portfolio management and credit.
