Buttonwood Capital Management, LLC was founded in 2014 as a joint venture between Los Angeles-based private equity firm, Triton Pacific, and Washington D.C.-based merchant bank, Carillon Capital.
Now an independent operating entity, Buttonwood acquires and manages undervalued or underperforming financing companies that serve the needs of small and medium-sized businesses. With deep executive and entrepreneurial experience, the firm is uniquely qualified to leverage the synergies of the Buttonwood portfolio companies, profitably repositioning them in a market underserved by traditional financial institutions.
