Heather O’Callaghan

Ms. O’Callaghan is responsible for attracting and retaining top-tier talent to grow the Blue Bridge business. With 20 years of experience in HR management, talent acquisition and employee programs, she oversees all aspects of Blue Bridge’s staffing and HR policies and programs, including compensation and benefits.

Prior to Blue Bridge, Ms. O’Callaghan served as National Staffing Operations Manager at E*TRADE Financial, Recruiting Director at Primatics Financial, and Director of Talent Acquisition at FrontPoint Security. She also owned her own staffing agency, Inclusion Consulting Services. Her depth of experience in financial recruiting has equipped her with the skills to grow a premiere team at Blue Bridge, enhancing the firm’s value and potential.

Ms. O’Callaghan holds a B.S. degree in Communications with a minor in Anthropology from Radford University. She also studied and worked in Venezuela at VENUSA, a joint program between Radford University and the University of the Andes.
